The Mean Well MDR-20-12 is a robust DIN rail power supply with high reliability. This switching power supply has a wide range input from 85 to 264 VAC with derating at 85 – 100 VAC and also delivers a regulated power of 20 W at a current of 1.67 A and a stable low voltage of 12 VDC

All models in the Mean Well MDR-20 series are single-phase and specifically designed for direct mounting on DIN RAIL TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15 intended. With a small width of 22.5mm and the assembly, MeanWell’s top-hat rail power supplies can be easily installed in distribution boxes and control cabinets with limited space. The product range is also equipped with a DC OK relay signal as well as an LED light indicator for power-on

With the fanless design, the Mean Well MDR-20 series power supplies are cooled by free air convection . This enables low-noise operation with good work efficiency and also achieves a high efficiency of around 85% at a low standby consumption of less than 0.75 W. Last but not least, the MeanWell product range offers protection against short circuits, overvoltage, overload and also meets the basic safety and interference immunity standards according to UL508, EN62368-1, EN61000-3-2 , EN61204-3 for the safe power supply of DIN rail power supplies.
